Mesh Welding Process
Our factory has 30 sets large automatic mesh welding machines, 4 robotic welding lines. The welding machine welds the high-strength wires together with strong welded joints and a flat mesh surface.
Automatic Powder Coated
Our factory has automatic Powder spraying lines. after rust removal, electrostatic spraying, high temperature curing, cooling etc., a layer of plastic coating is formed on the surface of the meshes and posts, which can effectively prevent corrosion.
Automatic PVC Dipping
Our factory has automatic PVC dipping lines. After the process of rust removal, plastic dipping, curing and cooling, a thick plastic coating is formed on the surface of the meshes and posts, which can effectively prevent corrosion.
